Jim Ure is the author of five non-fiction books, including Leaving the Fold: Candid Conversations with Inactive Mormons (Signature, 2000). He has been on the boards of Tracy Aviary and the Utah Museum of Natural History. He lives on Salt Lake City's Avenues.
